The village of Gurnee Chamber of Commerce's website will be temporarily down while officials make necessary upgrades.
The upgrades are expected to improve the site's ability to handle higher demand, improve its appearance and optimize its user-friendliness.
Residents and businesses can communicate with the chamber during the down time through the temporary e-mail of gurneechamberofcommerce@gmail.com.
The chamber's mission is to promote and advocate for business in Gurnee. The chamber is the only organization that devotes 100 percent of its resources to promoting local Gurnee businesses.
