The Village of Grayslake police commission will meet Thursday at 8:30 a.m.
The three-member commission will approve the minutes from the previous meeting on Nov. 5 and discuss candidates for interdepartmental transfers.
It will also look to identify a selection procedure for process improvements, which are business strategies designed to help an organization streamline operations.
The Village of Grayslake Police Department is located at 10 Seymour Ave. in Grayslake.
