The Aurora Planning and Development Committee authorized four historic preservation grants for local buildings at its Dec. 10 meeting at Aurora City Hall.
The committee approved agreements with Mary Anne Cummings for 169 S. Lincoln Ave., Michael Lord for 238 Lawndale Ave., Mary and Brian Wells for 418 Grand Ave. and Sam and Larissa Melton for 113 S. 4th St.
The committee also extended permits for six modular classrooms at St. Paul Lutheran School until July 31 and approved the rezoning of 232 Plum St. from a two-family residence to a single-family residence.
The meeting was adjourned after 31 minutes.
