The Lake Forest Property and Public Lands Committee held an executive session to discuss the purchase lease or sale of real property at its Oct. 19 meeting.
While the regular meeting was open to the public, the committee adjourned into a private executive session to discuss purchasing, leasing or selling real property either by or for the city. This executive session took about 40 minutes before the committee reconvened the open meeting.
The committee also approved the meeting minutes from its open session meeting on Aug. 31 and the closed executive session from the same date.
In attendance at the meeting were committee members Chairman Jack Reisenberg, Alderman Michael R. Adelman and Alderman George A. Pandaleon as well as City Manager Robert Kiely, Assistant to the City Manager Mike Strong, City Attorney Victor Filippini and Director of Community Development Catherine Czerniak.
