Continuances, consent, cases and commentary will highlight Monday’s regular meeting of the Appearance Review Commission of the Village of Wilmette, convening at 7:30 p.m. at 1200 Wilmette Avenue in the second floor training room.
Following the call to order, minutes from Dec. 7, 2015’s meeting will be approved.
Continuances on the agenda include two items: 2015-AR-20 for IL Center for Digestive and Liver Health, 135 Green Bay Road and 2015-AR-45 for Women’s Club, 930 Greenleaf Ave.
Consent agenda items also feature two certificate items: 2016-AR-02 for Citadel Care, 432 Poplar Drive and 2016-AR-03 for Craig Scott Opticians, 1146 Central Ave.
Pending cases include 2015-AR-40 for North Shore Meats, 421 Ridge Road, and 2016-AR-01 for IL Back Institute, 3201 Old Glenview Road.
Petitioners submitted applications for signage -- complete with specifications regarding measurements and documentation of zoning conformity -- on various dates.
A period of time is reserved for public comment prior to adjournment.
