A permit pertaining to paddle tennis will be the first item of business served up at Deerfield’s Plan Commission meeting 7:30 p.m. Thursday on the second floor of Franz Council Chambers, Village Hall.
Following a public comment period on any non-agenda items, the agenda will feature a public hearing on Briarwood Country Club’s request for an amendment to a previously approved paddle tennis facility on the club’s grounds.
The workshop portion of the meeting will review three items: the country club’s presentation, a request for approval of a subdivision plat and a request for a small change to the Plan Commission Operations Manual.
Document approval and items from the commission and the staff will follow; finally, a representative for the next Board of Trustees will be designated.
