To consider various agenda items from trees to storage guidelines, the Lake County Zoning Board of Appeals will convene at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Grant Township Hall, 26725 W. Molidor Road in Ingleside.

Following call to order, roll call and the Pledge, previous minutes will be approved.

Any items needing to be added to the agenda may be brought to the board’s attention, after which any deferred topics will be discussed.

In other business, Jenni and Nick Willis of Willis Industries LLC have submitted an array of visual aids to facilitate their petition for a Conditional Use Permit, allowing for a landscape contractor storage yard in the village’s Agricultural Zoning District. The property in question is a 40-acre parcel on W. Sullivan Lake Road in Ingleside.

The Willises sent a variety of PDF files and photographs to illustrate their property needs to the board, including a business plan and variance application to waive the nursery stock planting standard, which currently requires 50 percent of the property to be planted and maintained with nursery stock within 12 months of receipt of a Conditional Use Permit.

Following the variance petition and discussion, the meeting will be adjourned.
