Highland Park’s Board of Fire and Police Commissioners (BFPC) will convene for a special meeting 8:00 a.m. Saturday at City Hall to address changes, authorize recruitment procedures and discuss training.
The call to order and roll call will precede the approval of minutes from two previous meetings held Dec. 16, 2015.
Scheduled business listed on the meeting agenda includes a review of the BFPC process and background as well as consideration of BFPC's rules change.
Additionally, authorization of a firefighter/EMT II recruitment process is on the books, along with training on the Matrix System.
Following time set aside for a public business session, the meeting will be adjourned.
