With several requests for private construction projects on the agenda, the city of Lake Forest Building Review board is set to convene 6:30 p.m. Wed. at City Hall Council Chambers.
Chairman Ted Notz will introduce board members and staff and review meeting procedures. Building Review board members are Robert Reda, Jim Diamond, Michael Bleck, Bruce Grieve, Ross Friedman and Fred Moyer.
The board will consider approving the minutes from the Jan. 6, 2016, meeting.
Four residential petitions will be presented for consideration: two separate requests for demolition and replacement construction of residences and garages (236 Park Ave. owned by U.S. Shelter LLC and 172 N. Ridge Road owned by Stelios and Helen Logarakis), one request for constructing an addition and making alterations to an existing residence (20 N. Western Ave. owned by Peter and Sara LaCasse) and one request for use of an alternative material for an existing residence (1340 N. Waukegan Road owned by Paula Polk Lillard, trustee).
None of the residential petitions involve variances. Following residential petitions, the board will consider any other items not previously denoted on the agenda from the public plus additional information from staff prior to adjournment.
Building Review board meetings are broadcast live on cable television. The Building Review board’s mandatory adjournment time is 11:00 p.m.
