To examine site design, zoning and maintenance matters, Deerfield’s Appearance Review Commission will conduct its workshop meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Deerfield Village Hall.
After call to order, time will be reserved for public comment prior to approval of the minutes from the commission’s Jan. 25 meeting.
Business on the agenda includes appearance code updates on revised exhibits for site design, landscape screening for Zoning Ordinance 2.04-I and text regarding maintenance and upkeep.
Items from the commission will be introduced, followed by items from the staff, before adjournment.
