Sealed bids for Deerfield’s 2016 splitter box repair project will be accepted from now until 11:15 a.m. March 11 by the village manager’s office at 850 Waukegan Road.
Officially titled the “2016 WRF-Splitter Repair Project,” the opportunity is available to any qualified professional who wants to provide labor, equipment and related items necessary for concrete removal and replacement.
To participate, bidders are instructed to visit the Deerfield website at www.deerfield.il.us, then follow the advertisement for the project on the front page of the village website titled “Notice to Bidders: Splitter Box Repair Project."
There is no cost to submit a bid, but individuals or organizations must first register as a bidder before downloading bid documents from the village’s website. Upon successful registration, the bid documents will be available for download.
Interested parties are asked to identify themselves as an “official plan holder” in correspondence for better communication. For example, bidders will be notified of any updates to the process during the specified time period.
Each bid should be submitted on forms furnished by the village of Deerfield and placed in a sealed envelope marked “2016 Splitter Box Repair Project.”
