The Lake Villa District Library Board of Trustees welcomed new
Lake Villa Administrator Karl Warwick during its meeting this week.
The board also held a closed session on current land-acquisition efforts. Executive sessions usually are called to deal with sensitive city personnel issues, litigation or real estate deals.
The board also received reports from the Executive, Audit and Finance, and Building and Grounds Committees.
The board also received an update on ongoing construction projects.
