Lake County Zoning Board considers homeowner's variance request

#8089 Petition of Christina Melnytschuk, record owner of subject property 40513 N.

East Drive, Antioch, Illinois, PIN 01-24-405-006, requests the following variance from

the requirements of the Lake County Unified Development Ordinance and any other

zoning relief as required:

1. To reduce the required west side yard setback from 4 feet to 1.98 feet to

accommodate a second story in line with the existing first story. The building

wall, if approved, will not be closer than 3.48 feet.

Please note that quantitative values may be subject to minor alterations due to

surveyed conditions.
