#8089 Petition of Christina Melnytschuk, record owner of subject property 40513 N.
East Drive, Antioch, Illinois, PIN 01-24-405-006, requests the following variance from
the requirements of the Lake County Unified Development Ordinance and any other
zoning relief as required:
1. To reduce the required west side yard setback from 4 feet to 1.98 feet to
accommodate a second story in line with the existing first story. The building
wall, if approved, will not be closer than 3.48 feet.
