Libertyville Appearance Review Commission authorizes new building facades

The village of Libertyville Appearance Review Commission met July 18 to authorize new building facades.

1. Call to Order: Roll Call.

2. Approval of the Minutes of: June 20, 2016.

3. Old Business:

a) ARC 16-30, Request is for new building facades, landscaping, lighting, and signage.

LV 2016, LLC by Roanoke Development LLC, Authorized Agent for the Catholic

Bishop of Chicago. 901 N. Butterfield Road.

*This item will be continued to the August 15, 2016, Appearance Review

Commission Meeting.

4. New Business:

a) ARC 16-34, Request is for new signage. Gold Coast Granite, Authorized Agent for

Teresa Sutton. 197 Peterson Road.

b) ARC 16-35, Request is for new building facades and landscaping. R.M. Swanson

Architects, Authorized Agent for K. Hovnanian Homes. 625 W. Winchester Road.

c) ARC 16-36, Request is for new building facades. Samuels & Associates Partnership,

LLC, Authorized Agent for Ann Danner. 1801-1816 Torrey Parkway.

d) ARC 16-37, Request is for new building facades, landscaping, and lighting. DRH

Cambridge Homes Inc., Authorized Agent for Stacy Hopwood. 127, 131, and 201 S.

Stewart Avenue.
