Moraine Township seniors and disabled residents are the only residents who qualify for the Moraine Township Door-to-Door Transportation program.

The service is offered to Moraine Township residents who are age 65 or older, disabled or both. The transportation service operates weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

While personal errands can be scheduled within township borders on weekdays from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., Moraine Township Door-to-Door Transportation is mainly for medical appointments located within 15 miles of township limits.

Rides are $4 per trip, or $2 for low-income-qualified residents. Caregivers ride for free and must accompany wheelchair riders.

For more information or to schedule a ride, call 847-432-3000.
