Schimenti, of 3024 Elisha Avenue, Apartment C in Zion, was first arrested by Waukegan Police in June 1999, at age 18. A judge finally sent him to prison-- thirteen arrests later.

Zion police arrested Schimenti eleven times in total, for retail theft, robbery, drug possession, domestic battery, criminal trespassing, property damage and resisting arrest.
