Career and job search coach Steven Steinfeld revealed his three-step process for successfully finding the perfect job during a recent talk at the Career Resource Center (CRC) in Lake Forest, according to a press release.
Steinfeld focused on discovery, preparation and action, teaching participants how to analyze job postings and plan their job search, among other topics. He also tackled ways to handle mid-career interviewing and strategies for countering negative age stereotyping.
Steinfeld is a national name in career and job search coaching. Prior to sharing his job search strategies with prospective job candidates, Steinfeld worked with IBM and other prominent technology companies, providing sales and consulting services. He earned his bachelor’s degree from City University of New York and holds a marketing management certificate from the University of Pennsylvania.
