The Lake County Republicans will host their Annual Fall Fling in Buffalo Grove on Oct. 25, according to their website.
Sidney Mathias, who is campaigning for Lake County Board from District 20, will be on hand. A representative from the 53rd District from 1999 to 2013, the 71-year-old Mathias lives in Buffalo Grove, where the fling will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lou Malrati's Pizzeria.
The cost for committeemen is $20, while others will pay $35. A pizza, pasta and salad is included in the dinner.
Sponsorships range from $150 to $1,000.
