(a) Consider Zoning Docket 23-Z-20 and ordinance, requesting a Variance from Section 102-128(6)(a) of the Zion Municipal Code to allow a driveway to remain in the front of the house for property at 2117 Emmaus Avenue per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning recommends approval.

(b) Tabulation of Bids – City Hall Lobby-Building Department Project per Director Ianson
