On Saturday, Feb. 28, Adam Galdoni and Derek Galdoni, both former standouts from Carmel Catholic High School, helped their college team, the McKendree Bearcats, edge out the Upper Iowa Peacocks 7-6 in an NCAA Division II baseball contest.
Hypes Field served as the setting for the game, which marked the team’s second meeting with the Peacocks this season.
The Bearcats are set to face the Upper Iowa Peacocks again at Hypes Field on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 1 p.m.
