Former Libertyville High School standout Austin Gomez played for the Coe Kohawks as they were defeated 14-4 by the Washington Bears in an NCAA Division III baseball contest on Saturday, Feb. 28.
Kelly Field at Irv Utz Stadium hosted the game, marking the Kohawks’ first meeting with the Bears this season.
The Kohawks are set to face the Washington Bears again at Kelly Field at Irv Utz Stadium, with the next game scheduled for Sunday, March 1, at 11 a.m.
