On Friday, March 6, Bennett Musser, a former Mundelein High School standout, saw his college team, the Christian Brothers Buccaneers, fall 8-15 to the Delta State Statesmen in their NCAA Division II baseball matchup.
The contest was held at Harvey Stadium at Ferriss Field and marked the Buccaneers’ first meeting with the Statesmen this season.
The Buccaneers are scheduled to play their next game Saturday, March 14 at 12 p.m. at Nadicksbernd Field against the Auburn Montgomery Warhawks.
