Over 7,000 University of Nebraska-Lincoln students earned spots on the fall 2025-26 Deans’ List by meeting college-specific GPA requirements across multiple colleges or programs.

In a heated discussion on the Jan. 31 episode of the Lake Forest Podcast titled “Caucus Vote & Voting Rights,” tensions flared between podcast co-host Joe Weiss and former state senator Susan Garrett over a recent failed bylaw amendment proposed by the Lake Forest Caucus.

Joe Weiss, co-host of the Lake Forest Podcast, has filed a complaint with the Illinois State Board of Elections alleging that Lake Forest for Transparency (LF4T) engaged in election-related advocacy without registering as a political committee or disclosing its funding, as required under state law.
