Drivers in Lake County reported a weekly low of $2.44 per gallon for E15 gas in the week ending Jan. 31.
A protest at Waukegan High School drew statewide attention after a former teacher shared images on social media showing a student walkout and anti-ICE (United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement) protest that appeared to include a depiction of President Donald Trump being crucified.
The Mundelein Police Department will hold an Open House on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
