CALL TO ORDER by Mayor Pecaro at 7:47 PM
1. Roll Call
Present: Aldermen Bauer, Hanson, Peterson, Markoutsas
Absent: Aldermen Fiore and Slavin
Also Present: City Manager Coren, Assistant City Manager Facchini and Attorney Jablecki.

3. Review of Minutes to be Approved
3.1. Motion made by Alderman Peterson and Seconded by Alderperson Bauer to approve the Minutes from the City Council: May 06, 2025. All present voting aye, by voice vote. The motion carried.

5. Review of Bill Warrant List
5.1. Motion made by Alderman Markoutsas and seconded by Alderman Peterson to approve the 05/20/2025 AP Warrant List. All present voting aye, by roll call vote, the motion carried.

9.1. Motion made by Alderperson Bauer and seconded by Alderman Peterson to approve the March 2025 Financial Report. All present voting aye, by voice vote, the motion carried.

11. New Business
11.1. Motion made by Alderman Peterson and seconded by Alderman Markoutsas to approve an ordinance approving a special use permit to allow operation of a vape shop at 417 Sheridan Road – Vape 312. All present voting aye, by voice vote, motion carried.
11.2. Motion made by Alderman Markoutsas and seconded by Alderperson Bauer to authorize the City Manager to purchase Meridian Traffic Barriers in an amount not to exceed $130,000. All present voting aye, by roll call vote, the motion carried.
