8. Consider passing ORDINANCES as follows:

(a) Authorizing Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC to provide Insurance Brokerage Services and renew certain insurance policies (medical, dental, life and voluntary options) per Administrator Knabel

(b) Authorizing and approving an agreement between the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center and the City of Zion for Animal Control Services per Chief Barden

(c) Amending Section 10-43 of the Zion Municipal Code regarding construction on Sundays and ratifying any actions taken in relation to the same on behalf of the City of Zion per Director Ianson
