Former Warren Township High School standout Annika Gustafson and the UW La Crosse Eagles claimed an 80-60 victory over the Carroll Pioneers on Saturday, March 7, in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
Tipoff occurred at 7:45 p.m. at Van Male Field House, marking the teams’ first tournament matchup.
UW La Crosse Eagles are set to play again on Friday, March 13 at 4 p.m. at John A. Paulson Center.
