On Friday, March 13, Alec Schmidts, a former Barrington High School standout, helped lead the Illinois Wesleyan Titans to an 83-77 win over the Endicott Gulls in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The matchup began at 6:30 p.m. at Shirk Center and marked the team’s opening game against Endicott Gulls in this tournament.
The Titans are scheduled to compete next on Thursday, March 19, at 3:30 p.m. at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
