On Saturday, March 7, the Illinois Wesleyan Titans, featuring former Wheeling High School standout Caleb Martinez, were defeated 3-1 by the Washington Bears in an NCAA Division III baseball contest.
Kelly Field at Irv Utz Stadium served as the site for the game, marking the teams’ second meeting this season.
The Titans have their next game scheduled against Washington Bears on Sunday, March 8, at 12 p.m. at Kelly Field at Irv Utz Stadium.
