CONTINUATION

PTRL-001128-2025: The Lake County Board of Vacations has scheduled a public hearing on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Lake County Central Permit Facility, 500 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville, Illinois, on the petition of Pendulum 655 Lake Bluff, LLC, record owner of the property adjacent to the right-of-way requested for vacation.

The portion of the right-of-way sought to be vacated is described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 49 in the Resubdivision of Lots 28-41 in Rockland Manor, recorded September 10, 1925 as Document no. 264728; thence North 00 Degrees, 05 Minutes, 34 Seconds East, 16.01 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 42 in said Rockland Manor; thence South 88 Degrees, 16 Minutes, 20 Seconds East, along the South line of said Lot 42, 175.00 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 42; thence South 00 Degrees, 05 Minutes, 34 Seconds, West, 16.01 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 43 in said Resubdivision; thence North 88 Degrees, 16 Minutes, 20 Seconds West,, 175.00 feet to the point of beginning, in Lake County, Illinois. The proposed area to be vacated is approximately 0.06 acres.

The properties adjacent to the unimproved section of the right-of-way that is to be vacated are located at 655 Rockland Road, Lake Bluff, Illinois (PINs 12-19-203-013, 12-19-203-010, 12-19-203-011, 12-19-203-012).
