Presentation, Discussion, and Approval – Program Year 2026 (PY26) Opioid Settlement Funds (OSF) funding renewal requests totaling $405,000.
• The Behavioral Health Advisory and Recommendation Committee (ARC) is responsible for making OSF funding recommendations.
• Program Year 2025 (PY25) grantees were invited to submit renewal applications to continue implementation of their efforts.
• Recommendations are forwarded for consideration and approval by the Housing & Community Development Commission (HCDC).

Presentation, Discussion, and Approval – Program Year 2026 (PY26) Video Gaming Revenue (VGR) funding renewal requests
• The Behavioral Health Advisory and Recommendation Committee (ARC) is responsible for making Program Year 2026 (PY26) VGR funding recommendations.
• A total of $825,000 of VGR funds were made available for over $1,300,000 in requests in PY26.
• Recommendations are forwarded for consideration and approval to the Housing & Community Development Commission (HCDC).
