Asa Thomas, a former Lake Forest High School basketball player now on the Furman Paladins, is set to participate in the NCAA Tournament.

The Paladins are ranked as the No. 15 seed and will face the second-seeded UConn Huskies in the first round.

The opening matchup takes place at Xfinity Mobile Arena on Friday, March 20, with tip-off at 10 p.m.
