Lake Zurich is partnering with the National Research Center to conduct the 2025 National Community Survey, aimed at gathering resident feedback on local services, priorities, and quality of life.

Invitations for participation will begin arriving in mailboxes the week of June 23, with the survey window open from June 30 through August 11. The survey is conducted with a statistically valid 95% confidence level to ensure accurate representation of community needs and experiences.

For residents who do not receive an invitation but wish to participate, an open participation survey will be available online starting August 11.

The municipality emphasizes that resident input is crucial in guiding decisions that shape the future of Lake Zurich.
