Ron Salski, Executive Director of the Mundelein Park District, has provided an update on two major projects in a recent video message. He discussed the ongoing development of the Diamond Lake Master Plan and announced that work on the Keith Mione Community Park Project will begin this spring.

Salski outlined the vision for Diamond Lake and described progress made so far. He also shared details about planned improvements at Keith Mione Community Park. Residents were informed about what changes to expect in the coming months.

“These projects reflect our continued commitment to thoughtful planning, investment, and enhancing spaces our community values,” Salski said.

Both initiatives are part of the district’s efforts to invest in local recreational areas and respond to community needs.
