Residents in Mundelein now have the option to submit non-emergency police service requests online using Frontline Public Safety. This new system allows community members to use their mobile devices or laptops to report incidents that do not require an immediate police response. All submissions will be reviewed by officers and addressed as appropriate.

The citizen reporting feature is accessible through the Mundelein Police Department’s website, where residents can find more information about what types of non-emergency activities can be reported electronically.
