Early Childhood Center students in Coal City are engaging in a variety of music activities as part of their curriculum. During each music class, children sing, practice musical notation, play instruments, and participate in movement activities. Currently, kindergarten students are learning the folk dance “Go Round and Round the Village.” First graders are playing a game called “Forte Dog,” which helps them practice listening skills, dynamics, and using different instruments.
