Water and sewer bills reflecting the May 1 rate adjustment will be arriving soon. As a reminder, billing is done in arrears—this bill covers usage from May 1 to June 3. The “Village” charge includes both a fixed fee and a usage-based fee. The usage-based portion depends on how much water you used during the billing period. If you’re comparing this bill to a previous one, be sure to check your usage, not just the total amount due.

This rate increase helps support the long-term maintenance and improvement of the Village’s water and sewer infrastructure, ensuring the continued delivery of safe, reliable services to our community.
