“Upon adoption by the Board of Trustees, this Village Code is hereby declared to be and shall hereafter constitute the official Village Code of the Village of Barrington Hills. This Village Code of Ordinances shall be known and cited as the Barrington Hills Municipal Code, and it is hereby published by authority of the Board of Trustees and shall be kept up to date as provided in Section 1-1-3 of this Chapter under the direction of the Village Attorney, acting for said Village Board of Trustees.”
