Tree pruning in District 1 will begin on March 16, according to an announcement from the Village. Advanced Tree Care, the contractor hired by the Village, will conduct the work as part of a four-year cycle that addresses one district each year.

The scheduled tree trimming is expected to last for about two weeks. The goal of this maintenance is to remove dead or damaged branches and improve overall tree health. This effort also aims to ensure safe growth and reduce potential hazards from falling branches.

Residents are encouraged to review the PDF map provided by the Village for more information about district boundaries.

The Village expressed appreciation for residents’ patience during this process as they continue efforts to maintain a healthy urban forest.
