During the meeting on April 28, the Village Board approved a redevelopment agreement with Mylo Residential for the redevelopment of the “Golden Triangle” located at 200–300 N. Hough Street.

The mixed-use project is set to introduce 125 luxury apartments, 12,000 sq. ft. of street-level restaurant and retail space, and 37 car condominiums in downtown. Construction is expected to commence this spring.

The revitalization aims to enhance the downtown gateway while supporting smart growth and introducing new amenities for residents and visitors.
