The Round Lake Area Park District has received a Birdscape Grant of $2,500 from the Lake County Audubon Society (LCAS) to create a native habitat planting at Long Lake Park. The initiative aims to support local and migratory birds, pollinators, and other wildlife by establishing a landscape filled with native trees, shrubs, and plants.
