Sachs Recreation Center has announced a new partnership with StretchLab of Highland Park, set to begin in June. This collaboration aims to provide specialized mobility and flexibility services to the Deerfield Park District community at the Sachs Recreation Center.

StretchLab offers one-on-one assisted stretching sessions designed to enhance movement and functionality. These sessions are tailored to meet individual needs, whether the goal is improving flexibility, preventing injury, or simply feeling better physically. The approach is customized and proactive, catering to all activity levels.

Promotional events will be held at Sachs Recreation Center on Monday, May 12, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Saturday, May 24, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Attendees can meet the StretchLab team, ask questions, and learn more about their services.

The services include discounted introductory stretch sessions priced at $49 for 50 minutes or $29 for 25 minutes. There is also a 10% discount on packages available for students, first responders, military personnel, and veterans. Additional benefits include Wellhub access for OnePass, Aaptiv & American Specialty Health members and HSA/FSA payment options via TrueMed if eligible. Insurance eligibility is available for select plans.

The monthly schedule and appointment availability may vary. For further details about the services offered by StretchLab, visit StretchLab.com.

“We’re excited to bring this opportunity to the community and help support your wellness journey!” said a representative from Sachs Recreation Center.
