Due to a system-wide outage of Family Access and the upcoming holiday weekend, the early payment deadline for school fees has been extended. Families now have until Monday, July 7, to pay the reduced fee of $180. After this date, the fee will increase to $205.

The fees for the 2025-26 school year are due on or before July 1, 2025. Payments can be made online through Family Access or by check at the District Office located at 517 Deerfield Road. Families have options to set up a payment plan or apply for a fee waiver if needed.

For any questions regarding fees, payment plans, or waivers, families are advised to contact Rosa Castillo at rcastillo@dps109.org or (847) 945-1844 x7221.

The Instructional and Technology Materials Fee applies to students from Kindergarten through 8th grade and is mandatory. The fee is $180 if paid by July 1, 2025, and increases to $205 afterward. Optional paid bus transportation fees are also outlined: $710 for the first child, $530 each for the second and third children, with a family cap of $1,770.

Early Learners Preschool Tuition is mandatory if registered and costs $5,900 for half-day and $11,250 for full-day programs. Middle school incidental fees vary by grade level and are available in Family Access. Fees for clubs, activities, and sports will be assigned throughout the year.
