The Village of Libertyville is rolling out a broad development plan for the area surrounding the downtown Metra station.
The Libertyville Downtown Transit Oriented Development Plan aims to maintain and build on downtown's mixed-use character, employ an urban-design context and standards for future development and stake out new development opportunities for underutilized properties.
The village is actively seeking feedback through an online survey, which can be found at www.surveymonkey.com/r/LibertyvilleTOD. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes, and all responses will be kept confidential and only reported in summary form.
