The City of Lake Forest's Property and Public Land Committee held an executive session Thursday at City Hall.

In early July, the Lake Forest City Council approved a preliminary site plan for a housing development at Laurel and Western Avenues that would include 12 single family homes, 42 condos and 110 apartments. At this week's meeting, the city heard an update on the Laurel Ave. development project.

The board will also discuss terminating the lease on a U.S. cellular antenna, review an updated list of city-owned property and consider transferring ownership of Bennett Hall and the Masonic Temple.

The meeting began at 6 p.m.
