The Wilmette Board of Fire and Police Commissioners will hold their regular meeting Wednesday at Wilmette Village Hall.
After approving previous meeting minutes, the commissioners will vote on promoting a firefighter/paramedic to lieutenant/paramedic.
The group will then hold an executive session to discuss potential candidates for the newly opened village firefighting position.
The meeting is scheduled for 8 a.m. in the Village Board Conference Room.
