Lake Forest Plan Commission to consider subdivision plans at meeting

Lake forest city hall2

To consider a subdivision plat among other items, the Lake Forest Plan Commission will gather for its regular meeting 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in City Hall Council Chambers.

Acting Chairman Rosemary Kehr will introduce commissioners and staff, after which the Plan Commission will consider minutes from its previous meeting.

Current commissioners include Chairman Michael Ley, Acting Chairman Kehr, Lloyd Culbertson, Jeff Kuchman, Tim Henry, Guy Berg and Michael Freeman.

The request for approval of a tentative and final plat of a subdivision proposed as the Estate Lane Planned Preservation Subdivision, along with a related special use permit, comes from property owner Marlin Ventures LLC, an enterprise consisting of Paul Lopata, Steven Brown and Ed Yawitz.

The business, represented by Craig Krandel of Timm and Garfinkel LLC and Bleck Engineering, is requesting approval for a three-lot single family residential subdivision located on the southwest corner of Estate Lane East and Oak Knoll Drive.

Following the subdivision matter, time will be allotted for public testimony on non-agenda items, after which additional information will be provided, if applicable, by staff.

The meeting is obligated to adjourn by 11:00 p.m.
