The Lake County, Illinois Board of Health will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 27 to hold a presentation on diabetes management.
The board also will vote on some action items, including the Jail Diversion and Health Engagement Grant; Prevention Grant Awards; revisions to Health Department Personnel Policies; addition of 3004 Grand Ave. to scope of service; and ratification of Kaleo Donation Agreement.
The Heath Department and Community Health Center is located at 3010 Grant Ave.
