The Highwood Committee of the Whole will consider a resolution to authorize the city to join a pact with seven other municipalities to create a Joint Emergency Telephone System Board, during the committee's 6 p.m. meeting today in City Council Chambers.
The committee also will consider approving a bid contract from Visu-Sewer to line the sanitary sewer pipe running near Morgan Place.
The committee also will consider an ordinance to sanction curbside cafes.
The committee also is expected to discuss issues related to illegal uses of residential property under city codes.
